Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories are included
  • The item shows no signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer

Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team before shipping anything back:

Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without first receiving authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Jagged Vault will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • It may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size, color, or variant of the same product, subject to availability. Contact us at hello@jaggedvault.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumables (fire starters, survival rations, batteries, fuel canisters)
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jaggedvault.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Our products ship from a network of suppliers and fulfillment partners. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Jagged Vault is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.
