Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jagged Vault. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Downloadable digital products

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@jaggedvault.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at hello@jaggedvault.com

Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us at hello@jaggedvault.com and we will provide return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
